User Agreement

1. Acceptance. By accessing or using ProBuy Global (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services. The Platform provides product sourcing, order fulfillment, warehousing and logistics coordination services for e-commerce sellers.

3. Accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders & Payment. Orders are fulfilled as described at checkout. Estimated shipping times and fees are estimates unless stated otherwise.

5. Disputes & Refunds. Disputes, refunds and reshipments are handled per the policies published in the dashboard.

6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
